I offer one-to-one counselling to clients online. Online therapy aims to provide the same service as face-to-face therapy, the only difference being that the therapist and client connect via internet or telephone rather than face-to-face. For some, this means they are able to access therapy where they might otherwise struggle to physically attend an appointment. While I primarily see clients by video or audio call, I also offer counselling by email or instant messaging where this is preferred. My approach is integrative, drawing upon different therapeutic approaches and blending these to best suit your individual needs. Every person's journey is unique to them, therefore, each person's experience of therapy will be different.
When we meet for the first time, we will discuss your needs and what you feel you'd like to gain from therapy. Through a series of regular sessions, we will work together to explore your difficulties and help you to better understand your emotions and thought processes. I provide a safe, nonjudgemental space for the exploration of these thoughts and emotions.
